Yellow Wood Stakes by Driveways

I have had quite a few questions regarding the wood stakes painted yellow that have been placed at the front of each property in the summer village. These stakes mark the location where new house number signs will be installed for each property, the signs are being installed so that emergency services (fire, ambulance, police) can find properties in the summer village in the event of an emergency. This is an initiative that is being done in quite a few municipalities through the county.
