Volunteers needed for July 7 event:
The summer village annual meeting will be held Sat. July 7 at 10 am.
The scheduled baseball game will be at 12:30. Following this I am hoping to have a Poker Derby from 2:30 til 4:30 and Barbeque supper. However, I need help!
I need at least 5 volunteers to man the 5 poker derby stations. 3 will be on shore and I would like to have 2 on the water. Is there someone with a boat willing to stay in one place on the water for 2 hours while participants drop by to cut a deck of cards? You will be eligible to participate as well.
For the BBQ, I need people to set up, cook burgers and hot dogs, and clean up. Many hands make less work!
