July 22, 2024Re: Thank You for Another Successful Trick or Treat in the Heat!The village had another hugely successful Trick or Treat in the Heat. Some residents reported 100 visitors. Great spirit was shown and a lot of fun was had.The Spirit prize goes to the Hanssens for their fun Pickleball antics. The costume award goes to the Bikini inspectors and Bikini Babes from Karpo Street. Congratulations and thanks for your efforts. Honorable mentions go out to The Neighbourhood Watch, Pirate’s Cove, Awesome Slurpees at Janine’s on 5th St., Miller’s Graveyard, Shooters at Hogan’s, and all the kids in cute costumes. Awards will be given out at baseball next Saturday.Thank you to organizers Adrienne and Andrea as well as all participants.
