September 29th, 2023Congratulations Councillor Kassian – Distinguished Service Award Recipient 2023Council and administration are honoured to share that Harry Kassian, our long-serving councillor, has been recognized for his years of service and dedication to municipal governance with the Distinguished Service Award.Alberta Municipalities (ABmunis) – a member association for urban municipalities in Alberta – reviews applications for this recognition annually and Harry was presented with his award during the recent 2023 ABmunis Conference in Edmonton. Thank you to everyone who assisted in completing and submitting his application earlier this year.Harry – thank you for your nearly three decades of service to our Summer Village and congratulations on receiving this much deserved recognition.
