Please be aware that a bear has been sighted in the summer village, in a yard on 4th street. It was sniffing around the yard, looking for food. Please keep your garbage secure.
Update to the bear sighting, Wildlife requests that people report where the bear is each night. Text or call Marge at 587-986-7885. A trap has been set up. Please do not go near it. Remove any compost, bird feeders, suet, garbage that could be accessible. The bear will not leave if there is an ample source of food.
