Trespassing on property south of Nakamun Drive

To the individuals that have taken down the barriers blocking the trails on the property south of Nakamun Drive and have been using these trails – this activity is illegal and not acceptable. You are damaging personal property, trespassing illegally, and giving the Summer Village of Nakamun Park a negative perception. This is private property and the owner has explicitly requested that we not trespass and has clearly marked the property as private.

Residents of Nakamun Park – if you see people trespassing on this property or know who is doing this, please report it to the police so that proper action can be taken against them. As a community, we must be respectful of each other’s property, and this includes respecting the property of surrounding landowners.
