On Sunday, November 27, our mayor as well as all the mayors in Alberta and other community builders were awarded the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee award. The awards were presented by Alberta Municipalities to recognize the contributions, commitment and dedication to bettering our communities.
Mayor Hanssen thanks the summer village for the opportunity to serve in this capacity, and thanks fellow past and present council members for their service as well.
