The Onoway Public Library (OPL) continues to be a great asset to the community, including the summer villages in the region. The Summer Village of Nakamun Park was entreated to send representation to the library’s Board of Directors several years ago, along with several other community stakeholders. With this strong community representation and the remarkable ingenuity of staff and volunteers the library was able to meet the growing demands of the region during the pandemic.
Now it’s time to have some fun!
On March 19th, 2022, the OPL is hosting the “This One’s for You” community variety show as community networking and fundraiser. A flyer with details on the event is attached for reference. Tickets are $10.00 each and can be purchased at the Town of Onoway (780-967-5338) or at the Summer Village Administration Office (780-967-0271).
