2021 Combined Assessment and Tax Notice – Notice of Mailing:
This is certification under Section 310(4) and 336(1) of the Municipal Government Act that the 2021 Combined Property Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed to all property owners in the Summer Village of Nakamun Park on Monday May 17th, 2021.
The 2021 Property Taxes are due by midnight on Wednesday June 30th, 2021. Payments can be received by Cheque, Bank Draft, Cash or e-transfer – or by joining the monthly Tax Payment Plan. Please contact the office for additional details on payment options or questions regarding your tax notice.
The official Notice of Assessment date is Tuesday May 25th, 2021, resulting in an Assessment Complaint Deadline of Monday July 26th, 2021. Please note the reverse side of your tax notice for additional details regarding your assessment.Dwight Darren Moskalyk
