The election polls have closed and the votes have been counted, here are the results:
- Hanssen, Margaret (Marge): 103
- Kassian, Harry: 86
- Leclair, Carleigh: 73
- Holowaychuk, Darin (Chuck): 34
- Richard, Elizabeth: 22
- Tabak, Martin: 20
The results are also posted on the village shop door.
Congratulations to the incoming council, and a huge thanks to all of the candidates that stood for nomination. Also, we had a fantastic turnout from local residents to vote, thanks to everyone for exercising their democratic right!
